Looks and works great! Easy to use. Great for parties and any type of event.Hard to clean the insidePerfect for movie nights! My daughter is not a big popcorn fan so we got this for her while we enjoy our popcorn. We got this to warm the nachos and a crockpot to warm the cheese and it was perfect.This works great and is well made other than the fact that crumbs get in every crack and corner. If you buy one be sure and get you some food grade epoxy/caulk and seal every corner asap. If you don't it will never come 100% clean without dissassembly which is a headache. Othe than that great chip warmer. I would give it more stars if the factory would have sealed corners or at least required it and mentioned it with some kind of notice.I also received this with a broken light bulb. But Amazon's customer service was great and refunded me a portion of the price to replace the light. So 5 stars for Amazon. I graded it with 3 stars because the machine itself is pretty cheaply made, but will do fine for my concession trailer. When removing the top cover to replace the light bulb (I had to use pliers to remove the base of the bulb), I noticed that the construction was pretty poor. One of the screws had wallowed out the sheet metal , and nothing lined up correctly. I replaced the bulb and plugged it in to test it. The heating element on the bottom heated up nicely. So 3 stars for a cheap piece of equipment...but for the price, it's not a bad deal. (much better than $500-$600 for a commercial grade warmer).Awesome addition to our movie theater decorI regret this purchase. I don't use it. The chips crumble too easily trying to get them out.Late review as I purchased this unit in 2017. We used it during football season and it was amazing. I purchased two small crock pots to hold the chili and cheese. Let me tell you...people were loving it. You have to be creative when cleaning the unit, but no complaints here. Great product!
